Come and discover the world of insects!

Accompanied by passionate and warm facilitators, enter the world of insects and discover their wonderful ways of living!

This winter, a number of activities will be offered in the different sections of the museum:

A special encounter

Every hour, starting at 10 a.m.

In the heart of our Great Vivarium, get to know an insect or another unique arthropod. A friendly guide will accompany you in this magic moment. Imagine enjoying the company of insects! This is how ties are formed and a new story begins. This could mark the beginning of a new story...

Insects' lives : Atta ants

10:30 a.m.

Agriculture, royalty, castes, a parade of workers in action, and strength in numbers... The great secrets hidden in the nest of leafcutter ants are unearthed in this fascinating short capsule!

Insects' lives: The transformation of a moth

2:45 p.m.

Experience the life cycle of a moth, from the caterpillar emerging from its egg to metamorphosis, and learn about spinning a cocoon and the importance of host plants.
